Our short evening class to give a taster of the courses we have on offer. You learn how to prepare a species of fish and cook a simple dish with it for your supper.

Catch of the Day 1 (full day class, market visit)

Our full day courses include a market tour followed by breakfast. You work with several species of fish and prepare some dishes to eat for lunch and take away.

This is our follow on class from Catch of the Day 1 and is designed for those who have taken part in this course and who want to build more confidence and develop their knife skills. This class uses more complex recipes. For more course info follow link here.

Mastering the Art (full day class, no market visit)

This class is similar in format to the weekday Catch of the day class, but has no market tour (see link)

You spend a morning with an excellent fishmonger learning how to prepare fish, you cook some of it for lunch and prepare the remainder to take away at the end of the day.
