If you would like to try your hand at some seafood preparation and some classic and global recipes  - this is the course for you. Join the chef trainer team from the school to cover fish preparation techniques and then create a simple first course followed by a more detailed main course

WHAT'S COMING UP

Friday 17th February - CURRY NIGHT
Working with plaice, mussels, prawns, squid and coley create our Coconut and Coriander Seafood Curry
Chefs demonstrate Monkfish with Coriander and Avocado Dressing 

Friday 24th March - FISH AND CHIP NIGHT
Create lemon sole goujons to serve with homemade tartare sauce and sweet potato chips. 
Prepare prawns and cuttlefish for tempura to serve with a sweet chilli dressing
Chefs prepare Beer Battered Tilapia and smoked haddock to taste.

Enjoy a Beer Tasting session to wash it all down, with The East London Brewing Company which is an award-winning, 10-barrel microbrewery in London
