14TH FEBRUARY 2020 - 6.30 pm  - 9.00 pm


Learn how to shuck oysters safely and try them both raw and cooked.
Whilst you are busy shucking Irish Carlingford Bay and Jersey Rock Oysters (8 per person) to taste with lemon or shallot vinegar, we will help you assemble a further 4 Maldon oysters ready for grilling as Oyster Rockefeller.
To finish the evening our chef team will make you Lobster Mac (our lobster and macaroni dish with Pernod and samphire) to enjoy after the oyster tasting with a glass of fizz.

EASTER SEAFOOD EVENING

Make a Beer Bread Bowl to bake and to serve Chilli Seafood Stew using seabass, saithe fillets, cuttlefish and clams in a creamy coconut, chilli and lemon grass base.
