Join the team at The Seafood School at Billingsgate to update your knowledge on Dublin Bay PRAWNS (Langoustine)

The day will be delivered on behalf of the Shellfish Association of Great Britain (SAGB) and will bring together experts from the fishing industry and renowned chefs to showcase this fabulous crustacean.

1130 A Chef’s Perspective - Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL Chef Patron Cafe Spice Namaste.

1200 Langoustine Cookery: CJ Jackson, Cyrus Todiwala, Luke Taylor (Exec Chef Rick Stein Group)

1300 Lunch and discussion  - Langoustines cooked 4 different ways (an opportunity for networking)
