What to Expect
On arrival and after a brief talk about the market and health and safety checks, children are split into two groups. Group 1 investigate fish species, discuss how and where fish live and see a variety of fish prepared by a fish monger. Group 2 help prepare, cook and taste a selection of fish recipes. After a short break the Groups swap over. Our focus is promoting the health benefits of eating a range of seafood and sustainable species of fish.
