This is an opportunity for Food Technology, Home Economics, Catering students to experience species preparation, cooking and tasting and learn about sustainability.

Class Size: Minimum of 18 maximum 28
What to Expect
|Students are split into two groups. Group 1 look at various species, selection, quality and preparation techniques are demonstrated by a fish monger. Group 2 take part in a hands on session and prepare a selection of simple recipes to taste.|
