Evening Seafood School @ Billingsgate
Come and unwind at Billingsgate's Evening Seafood School whilst learning how to cook tasty, minimum fuss recipes. It's a relaxing respite from the week's daily grind. The chef team does some of the basic ingredient preparation for you so that you can focus on the fish of the day.
Our evening classes are offered on various evenings during the course of a month, including a Friday. It is an ideal opportunity to enjoy a relaxed evening with friends or fellow food lovers.

Who should attend
Our evenings are open to anyone wanting to include more seafood in their diet and those who seek more inspiration and ideas for different ways to cook seafood. No previous fish preparation experience required.
What you take home
Recipe booklet of the dish/dishes that you cooked and more confidence with preparing as well as cooking fish. As well as the knowledge that your next dinner party will be a roaring success with your new recipes!
Can I buy Fish
As this course takes place in the evening, the market will be closed. We can purchase some extra fish for you to take away, but you will need to call our administration team at least 2 days in advance of the course to discuss availability and price range.
