AT BILLINGSGATE
The
market is closed and quiet at this time of the day, but it is the
perfect time to join us at the school for an informal evening, glass
or two of wine and hands on fish preparation and cooking.

PARTY WITH A DIFFERENCE?
Why not bring your team to the school for a relaxed and informal
evening of hands-on fish preparation and enjoy the fruits of your
labour for dinner. We will serve you canapés and a glass
of prosecco when you arrive. You then don an apron and prepare some
fish, creating a whole meal as a team. (Meal consists of 3 course
meal with a pudding – vegetarians will be catered for)
Lunch event: 11.00 – 2.30pm
Evening event: 6.30pm – 10.00pm
Group size minimum 8 maximum 14. Cost £110 per head (includes
canapés, prosecco and all food, half a bottle of wine per
person)
