Join us at 6.30pm via ZOOM…to cook along to create….
Lobster, Saffron and Leek Risotto
How it works…
Call or email us with your booking… and we will send you login details for the ZOOM call on the evening of your choice
We will send you 250g pack of frozen, ‘extracted meat’ (meaning it has been removed from the shell) raw Canadian lobster and 100g pack of our favourite smoked salmon in a box – to arrive the day before the class.
You will need to shop for the rest of the ingredients (or you may even have them in your cupboard!)
We will email you the recipe pack for the evening on the day.
At 6.30pm CJ and Stewart will be ready to open up a bottle of something and chat for a few minutes about what we have been up too and Billingsgate Market..
We will talk about the smoked salmon we have chosen to send you – and talk about the best way to serve it… CJ and Stewart will be sharing some too… along with a wine choice from Stewart…
CJ will then go through the cooking of the risotto. CJ will also do a step-by-step guide to demonstrating how to prepare a whole lobster. We will talk about the seasonal variations with lobsters (native and American species) and why this frozen lobster is perfect for pasta and rice dishes.
Once the risotto is cooked will we raise a glass to wish you a peaceful Christmas and a happy and healthy 2021.

The risotto will be enough to feed 2 hungry people… so make sure you have someone to share it with.
